I’ll readily admit that I haven’t done the research so I’m not sure what the result would be for the Tesla.

However, when looking at such all-electrics, you should consider fully all the differences, not just the ones you like :).

Two factors come to mind: the cost of electricity, which while lower than that of gas, isn’t zero; and, more importantly, the cost of replacing the batteries (or the much higher depreciation if you use up nearly their full rated lifetime and haven’t replaced them).
