Of everything you said, this especially resonated:

"Our journeys never follow a straight line. There’s no map to chart our progress, no compass to determine our direction. So, what if we created a map? Imagine that this is a journey from yourself back to yourself that you’re willing to take."

I'd add a thought to this, that because there's no externally dictated destination, we get to (and are also responsible for) determining what our destination is - what our goals are.

We also have the freedom to change those when that's the right thing for us, regardless of external expectations.
