As much as I agree that there we, as a society, should treat our elderly well (not just better), some of your suggested rights are unachievable in principle. Even the bill of rights doesn't guarantee the right to happiness, for example, just the right to pursue it. You can't guarantee contentment, as that's an internally generated state of mind. Others of your proposed rights will require significantly higher taxes to make them possible. That doesn't necessarily make them wrong, but we do need to be willing to pay that price. Most of us aren't.
