Seriously though, Medium probably has over 100k writers, many of whom have thousands, tens of thousands, or even hundreds of thousands of followers. By comparison, you've been writing here for almost two years and have 53 followers.

To me this says (a) there's no way you could have made any serious review of all the great writers here to have a basis to claim to be the best on Medium; and (b) Medium readers clearly disagree with your assertion, and since writing is (or at least should be) done for the reader, that's a crucial test.

So, while I wouldn't go so far as to say you're clinically insane (I'm not a mental health provider and have never even met or talked with you), I think at the very least, your statement is an intentional vast overstatement without factual support.
