I mostly agree with many of these, but will push back a bit on some...

#1 Some prescription drugs don't have generic versions yet.

#2 Usually yes, but sometimes the convenience and time saved are worth more than the cost.

#4 After you consider the cost and environmental impact of laundering those cleaning cloths, not sure it's as clearcut.

#6 It depends on where you live and where you need or want to go, and how often.

#8 We use all of our kitchen gadgets. Often.

#9 It depends on the shows and movies you want to watch.

#11 The convenience of ebooks is such that I'd much rather pay $3 or $5 for reading a book I want rather than looking for it in the local library, probably not finding it there, and if it's there, someone else has borrowed it.

#14 I'm happy I paid for MS Office in 2016. The cost was such that over the past six years it has way more than justified the price.

#19 I enjoy wine, and do so in moderation. Becoming a teetotaler isn't in my future (unless forced to).
