I only wish now people would find Kiyosaki amusing rather than buying his BS hook, like, and sinker. As for Cardone, he owns lots of rental properties, so of course investing in anything else is a waste in his opinion. Makes sense that his degree would be in sales and from that sort of school. He certainly has extreme confidence in what he sells. Whether it helps the buyer or not.
