I'm not for politicians or bureaucrats setting anything in business, but we need some sort of balance to the power of "robber barons."

This can be unions or any other balancing power that prevents egregious excesses. That's just an example, BTW, as I don't have any horse in this race, being self employed and a high earner.

I just don't want to get to the point that there's a de facto aristocracy and disenfranchised peons. That way lies bloody revolution.
