I'm sorry, but this sounds so offputting to anyone who respects herself. Sure, you may both be potentially interested, but this is like trying to sell something by asking a prospective client:
"Before we discuss anything, Will you buy my services?"
Really? Maybe I'd first want to see if you're trustworthy, if you have any relevant expertise, if your services are a fit for my needs, etc.
It seems to me that the quoted approach would (1) reduce to a minimum the time you spend with anyone who isn't solely interested in hooking up, and (2) pushing away anyone who has any depth and self respect.
If that's who you want to be with, go for it. But if you're looking for someone with whom you might be able to form a longer-lasting relationship, good luck.
