I'm sorry to hear that. There are still some options, but not great ones in that scenario. You could look into reverse mortgages, but do your due diligence. Those come with high fees and if you survive a long time the lender will take the house when you pass away (if you don't survive very long some of the equity will be left over for your heirs). Also, if you want or need to move, most of all of your equity will be gone.
