Interesting read for sure, and I'm sure you're mostly right. One comment on what you wrote about not being sure if most of the wealthy inherited their money. Research (reported in The Millionaire Next Door) revealed that 80% of US millionaires are first-generation wealthy. Though I suspect that if you dug deeper, many of those 80% had at least some advantages that most poor people don't. Could be education, or at least gender and skin color.
