Kudos on charting your own path to success. I've long said (with academic research to back it up) that where you get your degree (assuming it's a decent accredited school) matters very little to your career success (there may be some very specific jobs where that's not completely accurate). Also, picking your major should be based on a combination of what interests you, what skills and talents you possess, and how well the careers pay that you can access with such a degree). As for grades, those are important for other reasons, but leadership and work experience matter too.
