My comment was to correct your statements that the GH is governed by the Palestinians and that no Arab government wanted its return, neither of which statements are correct.

The Syrians consider the GH as Syrian territory occupied by Israel and want it back. I'm not stating a position regarding whether the Syrian position is valid or if Israel's unilateral annexation was legal. Merely saying that Syria wants the GH back. They likely won't be willing to accept Israel's conditions for the return of the GH (assuming the current Israeli government would even offer any such terms) and they cannot militarily force the issue.

Regardless of all the above, the Palestinians have nothing to do with the GH.
