Thanks for sharing your thoughts Laurel. In all honesty, I don't have good data on that. However, I can't believe that the majority, or even a large minority of landlords install chargers. I can more easily believe that in apartment building parking lots of garages they might install a handful of chargers. If those are level 3, they can each serve a few residents, since people won't go and move their car away in the middle of the night. If they're level 2, they'll serve only one or two cars a day each. If you look at the fraction of renters who could charge like that, I'd be shocked if it's more than 10%. But of course, as I said, I don't have good data so I could be wrong.
