Thanks George. Given what I read in Rich Dad Poor Dad, and everything I've read about Kiyosaki, I'd beg to differ regarding his motivation. He probably knows his definition of an asset is bogus, and calls the real definition of asset (as it applies to a primary residence) a scam in order to rile people up and make himself sound like the bigger expert, when in fact his only expertise appears to be in selling his often fictitious stories.
