Thanks Kathleen. Interesting aside, I tried to tag Rocco, only to find that at some point in the past few months he decided to block me. LOL. What's the old saying, "If you can't stand the heat, stay out of the kitchen!" While I've always pushed back against his approach, I tried to keep it professional and respectful, thinking we could respectfully disagree and keep each other on our proverbial toes. Oh well, guess he didn't appreciate my counter arguments...
