That right there is what it's all about.

I'm not retired yet. I plan to keep working full-time for a few more years, then gradually glide down to no work over several more years.

If the newly freed time bothers me, I'll find new activities to fill it with, or I could choose to work more.

The most important thing for me is for work to be optional. That way, I can work as much as I want and not a second more. Or, I can not work at all.
