There's nothing wrong with reaching for more, as long as you don't believe anyone owes it to you.

Back when someone I know employed a group of millennials, there was definitely an off-putting entitlement vibe.

On the other hand, my kids are part of that generation and most certainly do not feel owed anything they don't work for.

Just like with any other large group, there will be those who give rise to negative stereotypes and others who give those stereotypes the lie.
