If the only reason the market dropped so much in a single day is a random bot event, that's a great opportunity to buy at a discount.

The problem, of course, is knowing that this is the case, which brings us back to Graham's quote. In the short term, the stock market may or may not be a great opportunity. In the long run, it's almost always a great opportunity.
