Too true!

I'd have to say, from my experience, the kind lovely humans far outnumber the plonkers (love that term!). It's just that when you're hit by a plonker, it always seems to take you unaware and hurt even more than the great vibes you get from the good ones.

As for people making more than you do, unless you're the single most financially successful person in the world, that will always be true, by definition.

Suck it up buttercup. It's never about competing with others. It's about competing with yourself. If you make $10k this month and only ever made $5k a month before, that's an amazing success, despite the likes of Bezos making millions a month.

Regarding the 97%/3%, remember the reframe that roadblocks aren't there to stop you. They're to make sure that if you persist, you'll have less competition.
