Yeah, we have a couple of SUPs, but whenever I take one of those our, I concentrate so much on my balance that I don't enjoy the scenery and serenity!
That's why I love our sit-on-top kayaks.
BTW, one of our kayaks is the pedaling kind. It's much faster than paddling. I'm curious to try and take that one, bring the rudder into the craft, and paddle while I pedal.
I won't be able to steer with the rudder, but I should be able to use the paddles as usual to steer. The only question is how easy or hard it'll be to combine the motions.
If it works, it'll probably be at least twice as fast as paddling only!
